Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens when I hit the free tier limits? +
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. Your application will continue to work, but new sign-ups will be paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins. We never cut off your existing users without warning.
Is there a free trial for Pro? +
Yes, every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
How does annual billing work? +
Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate. The Pro plan is $9.99/month billed monthly or $39/year billed annually. The Advanced plan is $19.99/month billed monthly or $79/year billed annually.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Advanced plan customers can also contact support for alternative billing options.
Can I get a refund? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits? +
Yes. We offer 50% off the Pro plan for the first year for verified startups (under 2 years old, under $1M in funding) and registered non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team with documentation to apply.
